2021-22 Indoor: Competed in five indoor meets for the Panthers as a graduate student … Earned a personal best and the third best mark in school history in the long jump with a distance of 24' 9.75" (7.56m), finishing ninth at the ACC Indoor Championships (Feb. 24-26) … Earned personal bests in the 200m dash (22.73) and the 60m hurdles (8.00 seconds), finishing 13^th and second place respectively at the Nittany Lion Challenge (Jan. 15) … Took second place in both the long jump and the 4x400m relay at the YSU Icebreaker (Dec. 3) … Captured second place in the long jump at the Penn State Tune Up (Feb. 18) with a distance of 22' 3.75" (6.80m).

2021 Outdoor: Competed in six outdoor meets during his senior year … Competed at the NCAA Division 1 East Preliminary Round (May 26-29) and placed 27^th in the long jump with a distance of 7.23m … Competed at the ACC Outdoor Track & field Championships (May 13-15) and finished third in the long jump with a distance of 7.48m; he also finished eighth in the finals of the 110m hurdles with a time of 14.42 seconds … Won both the long jump and 100m hurdles at the Virginia Challenge (April 16-17) with a distance of 7.72m and a time of 14.16 seconds … Named to the ACC Honor Roll.

2020-2021 Indoor: Competed in five indoor meets during his senior year… Earned Second Team All-ACC honors in the long jump as he finished in sixth place with a jump of 24’6.25” (7.47m), the second best in program history, at the ACC Indoor Championships (Feb. 27)… Finished fourth in the long jump at the Virginia Tech Challenge (Feb 19-20) with a jump distance of 23’7.50” (7.20m)… Posted the win in the 60m hurdles at the Notre Dame Invitational (Jan. 27) with a time of 8.27 seconds… Notched a personal record time of 8.08 seconds in the 60m hurdles at the Tiger Paw Invite (Feb. 13) as he finished in sixth place.

2020 Outdoor: Season canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

2019-20 Indoor: Quit the Pitt football team to focus on track & field... Did not compete in any meets due to injury.

2019 Outdoor: Second team All-ACC in the 110m hurdles… Set a career-best in the 110m hurdles with a time of 14.15 to finish fifth at the ACC Championships (May 11)… Also participated in the long jump and on the 4x100m relay team… Set a team-best in the long jump at the Penn Relays (April 27) with a distance of 7.23m… Took home third in the long jump with a jump of 6.62m at the Akron-Campbell Wright Open (May 4)… Placed second in the long jump with a distance of 7.06m while placing third in the 110m hurdles with a time of 14.92 and fourth with a career-best 11.27 in the 100m at the Virginia Four-Team Challenge (April 6).

2018-19 Indoor: Participated in the long jump and 60m hurdles at the ACC Indoor Track and Field Championships (Feb. 23)… Placed third with a career-best 8.14 in the 60m hurdles and finished fifth with a jump of 6.90m in the long jump at the Kent State Doug Raymond Invite (Feb. 9)… Came in fifth at the Power Five Invitational (Feb. 2) in the long jump with a distance of 6.90m.

2018 Outdoor: Competed at five meets including the ACC Outdoor Championships… Participated in the ACC Outdoor Championships (May 10-12) in the long jump placing 13th with season best of 7.03m… Finished 16th in the 110m hurdles at the Virginia Challenge (Apr. 20-21) with 15.03.

2017-18 Indoor: Earned a point for Pitt by placing eighth in long jump with a personal best mark of 7.34m at the ACC Indoor Championships (Feb. 22-24)… Placed 10th in the heptathlon at the ACC Indoor Championships with 4,488 points... Posted personal best times in the heptathlon of 7.20 in the 60m and 3:31.20 in the 1000m at the ACC Indoor Championships… Placed fifth and posted a personal best in the 60m hurdles at the Nittany Lion Challenge (Jan. 13) with a time of 8.40.

High School: A football and track standout at Frederick Douglass… Named the 2017 Gatorade Maryland Boys Track & Field Athlete of the Year… Won state championships in the 110-meter hurdles (14.7 seconds), 300-meter hurdles (39.04) and long jump (23 feet, 5½ inches)... Played quarterback, running back, wide receiver and defensive back under Coach Julius Pinkney… Earned all-city as a dangerous all-purpose threat his senior year… Compiled 1,152 all-purpose yards, averaging 14.8 yards per touch… Totaled 10 touchdowns (six rushing, one receiving, two on punt returns and one on a kickoff return)… Scored 70 total points, including five 2-point conversion rushes… Rushed for 497 yards on 51 carries (9.7 avg.)… Had 126 receiving yards on nine catches (14.0 avg.)… Had 352 yards on 14 kickoff returns (25.1 avg.) and 177 on four punt returns (44.3 avg.).

Personal: Born Feb. 19, 1999... Started his career as a dual-sport student-athlete at Pitt (football and track & field)... Joined the Pitt football team during training camp as a walk on and redshirted the 2017 season...
