2021-2022 Indoor: Competed in six meets for the Panthers as a graduate student … Earned his first podium in his career in the 400m dash at the ACC Indoor Championships (Feb. 26) as he finished in third place with a personal record time of 46.61 seconds ... Notched First Team All-ACC honors for his third place finish in the 400m dash ... Placed second in the 400m dash (47.90 seconds) and third in the 60m dash (7.06 seconds) while helping the 4x400m relay team finish first (3:13.10) at the YSU Icebreaker (Dec. 3) … Finished first in the 300m dash in a personal-best 33.84 seconds at the Nittany Lion Challenge (Jan. 15) … Took second in the 200m dash (21.57 seconds) and helped the 4x400m relay team take second (3:11.96) at the Virginia Tech Elite Meet (Feb. 5).

2021 Outdoor: Competed in eight meets during his Senior season … Was an All-America Honorable Mention… Competed at the NCAA Division 1 Track & Field Championships (Jun 9-12) and placed 18^th with the relay team in the 4x400m with a total time of 3:09.97 … Placed 29^th in the 400m at the NCAA Division 1 East Preliminary Round (May 26-29) with a time of 47.09 seconds … Placed fourth in the finals of the 400m at the ACC Outdoor Track & Field Championships (May 13-15) while setting a new record career time of 46.18 seconds … Won the 400m at the Tennessee Relays (April 8-10) with a time of 46.72 seconds.

2020-2021 Indoor: Competed in five indoor meets during his senior season … Competed at the ACC Indoor Track & Field Championships (Feb 25-27) and fifth in the 200m with a time of 21.32 seconds … Placed second in the 200m at the Virginia Tech Challenge (Feb 19-20) and crossed the line at a time of 21.75 seconds … Part of the team that placed seventh in the 4x400m relay at the Tiger Paw Invite (Feb 12-13) with a total time of 3:12.63 … Won the 400m at the Notre Dame Invitational (Jan 27) with a winning time of 48.39 seconds.

2020 Outdoor: Season canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

2019-20 Indoor: Competed in five meets for the Panthers during his junior campaign...Posted a season-best time of 48.09 seconds in the 400m dash at the ACC Indoor Championships (Feb. 27) as he collected a 21st place finish... Helped the Panthers 4x400m relay team earn a fifth place finish at the ACC Indoor Championships with a season-best time of 3:12.82... Took home fifth place in the 400m dash at the Doug Raymond National (Feb.14) finishing in 48.93 seconds.

2019 Outdoor: Ran on the 4x100m relay team that placed third with a time of 40.79 and on the 4x400m relay team that placed fifth with a time of 3:14.11 at the FSU Relays (March 23).

2018-19 Indoor: Participated on the 4x400m relay team in the Youngstown State Icebreaker (Dec. 7).

2018 Outdoor: Represented Pitt in the men’s 200m and 4x400m relay at the NCAA East Preliminary (May 24-26) … Earned All-ACC second team honors in the 200m (fourth, 20.71), 400m (fifth, 46.93, PR) and 4x400m relay (second, 3:07.99) … Also competed in the men’s 4x100m relay at ACC’s … Also competed at the Penn Relays, Virginia Challenge, Tennessee Relays, Texas Relays and 49er Classic.

2017-18 Indoor: Scored a point for Pitt by placing eighth in the finals of the 200m at the ACC Indoor Championships (Feb. 22-24) with a personal best time of 21.19 … Competed at the Clemson Bob Pollock Invitational (Jan. 26-27) in the 60m, placing seventh in the preliminaries at 6.85 … Placed fourth at the Nittany Lion Challenge (Jan. 13) in the 300m at 34.38 … Finished 22nd at the Clemson Bob Pollock Invitational (Jan. 26-27) in the 400m with a time of 49.30.
