2022: Appeared in seven meets for the Panthers… Started the year strong, earning first place at the Panthers Opener with a time of 14:42.00… Followed by another strong performance, setting a personal best in the 6k taking home 7th place (17:50.90) at the Virginia Invitational (Sep. 16) … At the Joe Piane Invitational (Sep. 30) placed 32nd and set a personal best in the 5M with a time of 23:59.90… Placed 48th (24:31.30) at the Weis-Crockett Invitational (Oct.15) … Set a personal best in the 8k at the ACC Championships (Oct. 28), earning 27th place (23:31.60) … At the NCAA I Division Mid-Atlantic Region Cross Country Championships (Nov. 11) set a personal best in the 10k with a time of 30:11.20 securing 7th place. Placed 204th with a time of 31:06.60 at the NCAA Division I Cross Championships (Nov. 19).
2021: Competed in all five meets and was Pitt’s top finisher in all but one… Earned All-Region honors for the first time in his Pitt career after a 21st place finish at the regional meet... Started the year off in strong fashion, capturing 1st place with a time of 18:47.50 at the Yinzer Classic (Sept. 3)… Posted a season-best 8K time of 24:25.40 and finished 43rd at the Joe Piane Invitational (Oct. 1)… Took 2nd place at the Penn State National Open (Oct. 15) with a time of 25:27.50… Finished the ACC Cross Country Championships (Oct. 29) in 57th place with a time of 24:45.80… Ended the year with a 21st place finish at the Mid-Atlantic Regional (Nov. 12), crossing the finish line in 31:06.20... Named to All-ACC Academic Team for the first time in his career.
2020: Did not appear in any meets… earned ACC Honor Roll honors for the second straight season.
2019: Competed in four meets during his first cross country season for the Panthers... Named ACC Freshman of the Week (Sept. 4)... Posted a strong 66th place finish at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regionals (Nov. 15) with a 10K personal record time of 32:06.10... Opened his Pitt career with a fourth place finish at the Pitt Panther Opener (Aug. 30) with a 6K personal record time of 17:55.70... Notched a 8K personal record time of 24:35.60 at the Paul Short Run (Oct. 5).
