2019: Competed in five meets during his junior campaign for the Panthers... Named to the ACC All-Academic Team for the first time in his career... Earned All-Region honors for the first time in his career after posting a 23rd place finish at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regionals (Nov. 15) with a 10K personal record time of 30:47.30... Posted his best finish at the ACC Cross Country Championships (Nov. 1) as he took home 38th place in 25:17.40... Opened his season with a second place finish at the Pitt Panther Opener (Aug. 30) as he notched a 6K personal record time of 17:50.50... Had a 8K personal record time of 24:05.00 at the Paul Short Run (Oct. 5) as he took home 36th place in the talented field of runners.

2018: Was the highest finisher for the Panthers with a 37th-place finish at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional (Nov. 9) with a time of 32:15 … Placed 12th with a time of 26:25 at the Harry Groves Spiked Shoe Invitational (Sept. 7) … Ran his best time of the season of 24:58.10 and finished second on the team at the ACC Cross Country Championship (Oct. 26) … Had a time of 25:17.30 at the Coast-To-Coast Battle in Beantown (Sept. 21) to finish in 52nd-place … Placed 62nd with a time of 26:05 at the Penn State National Open (Oct. 12).
