2019: Competed in two meets during his first season for the Panthers... Posted a 126th place finish in his first appearance at the ACC Cross Country Championships (Nov. 1) as he crossed the finish line in 28:47.20... Had an 8K personal record time of 26:15.40 at the Arturo Barrios Invitational (Oct. 19) as he posted a 149th place finish overall.

High School: Attended La Salle College High School in Wyndmoor, PA… As a senior, won the state championship in Indoor DMR, placed 2nd as a team in the PIAA AAA cross country, finished 4th in the PIAA AAA 4x800… State champion in PIAA AAA cross country as a junior.

Personal: Born on August 10, 2000… son of Sarah and Victor Ghantous… Has two sisters, Nadine and Sabrina… his favorite TV show of all-time is Breaking Bad… intended major is chemistry on the pre-med track.
