2021: Played in three games: Massachusetts, New Hampshire and the Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl against Michigan State…completed 17-of-22 passes (77%) for 207 yards with one touchdown and one interception on the year…saw the most extensive action of his career when he came off the bench to relieve injured starter Nick Patti in the opening quarter against Michigan State…playing the balance of the game against the Spartans, he finished 14 of 18 for 149 yards with a TD and INT…the scoring pass (the first of his career) was a four yarder to Jared Wayne, giving Pitt a 14-10 intermission lead…completed 2-of-3 passes for 45 yards against UMass…completed his lone pass attempt for 13 yards against New Hampshire.
2020: Played in six games, completing 5-of-10 passes for 30 yards…made his Pitt debut in the Austin Peay opener, completing 3 of 5 for 13 yards…in a return to his native South Carolina, came off the bench at Clemson and completed 1-of-2 passes for 16 yards…had a career-long 10-yard rush against Notre Dame.
