2022 Outdoor: Did not compete.

2021-22 Indoor: Competed in one meet for the Panthers in his junior season … Helped the 4x400m relay squad take first place at the YSU Icebreaker (Dec. 3) with a time of 3:13.10.

2021 Outdoor: Competed in four outdoor meets during his sophomore season … Finished ninth in the 400m hurdles at the Virginia Challenge (April 16-17) while setting a new career time of 53.56 seconds … Was a part of the team that placed second in the 4x400m relay at the Tennessee Relays (April 8-10) with a total time recorded of 3:10.01 … Finished eighth in the 400m hurdles at the Raleigh Relays (Mar 25-27) and crossed the finish line at a time of 53.90 seconds … Participated at the Hurricane Invitational @ University of Miami (Mar 19-20) and was part of the relay team that competed in the 4x400m and placed second with a time of 3:13.45 … Named to the ACC Honor Roll for the second straight year.

2020-2021 Indoor: Competed in two indoor meets during his sophomore season … Placed 21^st in the 400m at the Doc Hale Virginia Tech Elite (Feb 5-6) with a time of 51.73 seconds … Competed at the Notre Dame Invitational (Jan 27) and finished sixth in the 400m with a time of 51.43 seconds; also, was a part of the team that won the 4x400m relay with a time of 3:18.69.

2020 Outdoor: Season canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

2019-20 Indoor: Competed in eight meets for the Panthers during his first indoor campaign... Appeared in two events for the Panthers at the ACC Indoor Championships (Feb. 27) as he helped the Pitt 4x400m relay squad take home fifth place with a season-best time of 3:12.82 and he was also a part of the DMR team... Had a strong start to his career as he posted a ninth place finish in the 400m dash in a personal record time of 49.87 seconds at the Youngstown State Icebreaker (Dec. 6) while also helping the 4x400m relay team win the first relay of the season... Posted a personal record time of 1:06.14 in the 500m dash at the Virginia Tech Invitational (Jan. 17) as he earned a 12th place finish.

Personal: Born in Nassau, Bahamas... son of Dion and Gillian Thompson... has two siblings, Hannah and Joshua... lists his favorite musician as Lil Baby... his favorite movie is Karate Kid (the first one)... also played basketball in high school... majoring in finance at Pitt.
