2022 Outdoor: Appeared in four meets for the Panthers… Participated in the 400H at the Penn Relays (Apr. 28-30) … Posted a 3^rd place finish at WVU Last Chance (May 7) ... Completed the outdoor season at the ACC Outdoor Track & Field Championships (May 12-14) placing 12^th place in the 400H.

2021-22 Indoor: Competed in four indoor meets as a senior … Helped the Distance Medley Relay team place first at the Bucknell Tune Up (Feb. 18) with a time of 9:54.10 … Was part of the 4x400m relay team that placed second at the Virginia Tech Elite Meet (Feb. 4-5) with a time of 3:11.96.

2021 Outdoor: Appeared in eight meets for the Panthers… Named Honorable Mention All-America at the 2021 NCAA Division I Championships (Jun 12) as a member of the 4x400m relay team that finished in 18^th place with a time of 3:09.97… Posted an 11^th place finish in the 4x400m relay at the NCAA East Preliminary Round (May 29) as the squad finished in 3:06.92, the fifth fastest time in program history… Finished third and earned Second Team All-ACC honors in the 4x400m relay at the ACC Outdoor Championships (May 15) with a time of 3:07.59… Won the 4x400m relay at the Raleigh Relays (Mar 27).

2020-2021 Indoor: Competed in four meets during his junior season… Earned Second Team All-ACC honors in the distance medley relay at the ACC Indoor Championships (Feb. 27) as he helped the Panthers team take home second place in 9:42.29, the third fastest time in program history… Also notched Second Team All-ACC honors in the 4x400m relay at the ACC Indoor Championships (Feb. 27)… Ran a career-best 200m dash time of 22.19 and finished 28^th at the Tiger Paw Invite (Feb 13)… Placed third in the 4x400m relay at the Doc Hale Virginia Tech Elite (Feb 6) finishing in 3:14.88.

2020 Outdoor: Season canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

2019-20 Indoor: Competed in six meets during his sophomore indoor season for the Panthers... Posted his best meet of the indoor campaign at the Virginia Tech Invitational (Jan. 17) as he notched a personal record time of 22.93 seconds in the 200m dash and a personal best time of 1:06.60 in the 500m dash, earning 11th and 14th place finishes, respectively... Notched a season-best 400m dash time of 49.84 seconds at the Nittany Lion Challenge (Jan. 11) as he finished in sixth place... Helped the Panthers 4x400m relay team take home second place with a season-best time of 3:17.07 at the Doug Raymond National (Feb. 14).

2019 Outdoor: Second team All-ACC in the 400m hurdles… Participated in the 400m hurdles at the NCAA Division I East Region Preliminary Rounds (May 25)… Placed sixth in the 400m hurdles with a time of 53.80 at the ACC Championships (May 11)… Also participated in the 4x100m relay at the championships… Took home first in the 400m hurdles with a time of 51.67 at the Raleigh Relays (Mar. 30)… Placed fourth in the 400m hurdles with a time of 53.69 and set a personal-best of 16.84 in the 100m hurdles at the FSU Relays (Mar. 23)… Paced a career-best 2:11.64 in the 800m at the Yellow Jacket Invitational (Mar. 16)… Ran on the 4x400m relay team that placed first at the Raleigh Relays (Mar. 30) in 3:12.94 and fifth at the Tennessee Relays (Apr. 11) in 3:13.14, FSU Relays (Mar. 23) in 3:14.11 and Yellow Jacket Invitational (March 16) in 3:20.22.

2018-19 Indoor: Participated in the 400m, 4x400m relay and distance medley relay at the ACC Indoor Track and Field Championships (Feb. 23)… Set a personal-best in the 60m of 7.23 at the Kent State Doug Raymond Invite (Feb. 9)… Paced a career-best in the 400m of 48.56 to finish fourth at the Power Five Invitational (Feb. 2)… Took home second after setting a personal-best in the 300m of 34.40 at the Penn State National (Jan. 26)… Set a career-best of 1:21.43 in the 600m at the Hokie Invitational (Jan. 19)… Set a personal-best of 8.78 in the 60m hurdles at the Youngstown State Icebreaker (Dec. 7)… Ran on the 4x400m relay team that placed fifth at the Power Five Invitational (Feb. 2) in 3:16.01, Hokie Invitational (Jan. 19) in 3:20.97 and Youngstown State Icebreaker (Dec. 7) in 3:22.05.
