2020 Outdoor: Season canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
2019-20 Indoor: Competed in six meets during his senior indoor season for the Panthers... Closed out his final ACC Indoor Championships (Feb. 27) with a 14th place finish in the 3000m run in 8:15.93 and a 19th place finish in the 5000m run in 14:27.03... Notched a second place finish in the 3000m run at the Penn State National (Jan. 31) as he finished in 8:12.62... Ran a season-best 5000m time of 14:09.19 at the Husky Classic (Feb. 14) as he took home 32nd place in the talented field... Helped guide the Panthers DMR team to a victory at the Penn State National (Jan. 31) with a season-best time of 9:51.86.
2019 Outdoor: Participated in the 5000m at the NCAA Division I East Region Preliminary Rounds (May 25) … Set a program-record 14:03.28 in the 5000m at the Virginia Challenge (April 20) to place fourth … Set a personal-best 29:33.40 in the 10,000m at the Raleigh Relays (March 30) … Ran on the 4x800m relay team that finished first with a time of 7:43.17 at the Cal U Early Bird (March 23) … Set a career-best 1:57.72 in the 800m and finished fourth in the 1500m with a time of 3:55.56 at the Yellow Jacket Invitational (March 16).
2018-19 Indoor: Participated in the 3000m and 5000m at the ACC Indoor Track and Field Championships (Feb. 23) … Ran on the distance medley relay team that placed third at the JDL DMR Invitational (Feb. 16) with a time of 10:13.96 … Placed fourth and set a team-best of 8:22.88 in the 3000m at the Power Five Invitational (Feb. 2).
2017: Helped the Panthers post their best team finish in 11 years at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional, taking 10th … Named to All-ACC Academic Team for second consecutive season ... Pitt’s top finisher at the ACC Cross Country Championships 8K, taking 43rd with a time of 24:23.2 (Oct. 27) … Placed 44th in the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional 10K with a time of 31:23.4 (Nov. 10) … Placed 94th in the Adidas DI Pre Nationals 8K with a time of 24:26.6 (Oct. 14).
2016: All-ACC Academic Team… Named ACC Freshman of the Week (Sept. 13) after placing fourth at the Tommy Evans Invitational (Sept. 9) with a time of 20:23.1 in the 6.4K… Placed third at the Duquesne Duals (Sept. 3) with a time of 26:23.5 in the 8K … Pitt’s No. 3 finisher at the ACC Championships (Oct. 28) and NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional (Nov. 11), placing in the top 60 at both meets … Also competed at the Penn State National Open (Oct. 14) and Roy Griak Invitational (Sept. 24).
