Pitt closes its non-conference schedule against Bucknell this Saturday at Acrisure Stadium as the Panthers celebrate Homecoming. The Panthers and Bison will meet for the first time since 2019, with Pitt holding a 3-0 record entering its fourth game of the 2026 season. Saturday's noon kickoff marks Pitt's annual Homecoming game and the Panthers' third consecutive home contest.
Pitt enters the matchup following a 27-13 victory over Syracuse last Thursday. Quarterback Mason Heintschel has helped lead the Panthers to a 3-0 start, while Pitt's defense has allowed just 34 points through three games. The Panthers will look to close the non-conference portion of their schedule with a fourth consecutive win before opening ACC play next week.
