Panthers Place Third on Friday Night in Morgantown

MORGANTOWN, W. Va. – Freshman Lailah Green made her collegiate bars debut on Friday night, posting a strong 9.850, as the Panthers (1-5, 0-2 ACC) finished third behind West Virginia and Kent State and ahead of Cornell.
Beam
Redshirt senior Hallie Copperwheat anchored the beam lineup with a season-high 9.875, while Camryn Chiu followed with a 9.800.
Floor
Jaime Pratt delivered an outstanding floor routine, earning a season-high 9.875. Freshman Kenzie Clark followed with a 9.725.
Vault
Olivia Giunta continued her hot streak on vault, tying her career high from last week with a 9.825. Newcomers Lailah Green and Layla Bobek each scored a 9.775, while fellow freshman Makenzie Grant added a 9.750.
Bars
The Panthers closed the night strong on bars, highlighted by Green's 9.850 debut. Pratt matched Green's score, and Chiu added a 9.800. Kennedy Duke and Julie Rottum Madso rounded out the rotation with matching 9.775s.
