
Three Incoming Panthers Earn USA Lacrosse All-America Honors

PITTSBURGH – Pitt Lacrosse incoming freshmen Anna Capobres, Kaitlyn Magdar and Madeline Mill recently earned USA Lacrosse honors. The three were named High School All-Americans, each for the second year in a row.
Capobres and Mill played their club lacrosse nearby, for Pittsburgh Premier Lacrosse, while Magdar hails from Maryland and played her club ball with M&D Lacrosse.
According to USA Lacrosse: "A USA Lacrosse All-American is a player who exhibits superior skills and techniques and possesses exceptional game sense and knowledge. A USA Lacrosse All-American is one of the best players in the United States, while also embodying excellent sportsmanship."
The three newcomers will join five other high school graduates and one transfer to complete the Pitt Panther roster:
