Ten Panthers Named to 2025 Shrine Bowl 1000 Watch List

PITTSBURGH— Ten members of the Pitt Football team have been named to the 2025 Shrine Bowl 1000 Watch List, a prestigious national list identifying the top prospects for the 2026 East-West Shrine Bowl and NFL Draft.
The following Panthers earned spots on this year's list:
· Ryan Baer, Offensive Line
· Rashad Battle, Defensive Back
· Rasheem Biles, Linebacker
· Lyndon Cooper, Offensive Line
· Eli Holstein, Quarterback
· Kyle Louis, Linebacker
· Desmond Reid, Running Back
· Jimmy Scott, Defensive Line
· Kendall Stanley, Defensive Line
· BJ Williams, Offensive Line
The Shrine Bowl 1000 serves as the foundation for identifying players for the annual East-West Shrine Bowl, one of the nation's oldest and most respected college all-star games. Inclusion on the watchlist is a testament to each player's performance, leadership and NFL potential.
This recognition continues to highlight Pitt's longstanding tradition of developing NFL-ready talent, with numerous Panthers earning Shrine Bowl invitations in recent years and ultimately advancing to successful pro careers.
The 2026 East-West Shrine Bowl will be held next January in Frisco, Texas, and will once again serve as a critical evaluation platform for NFL scouts, executives and coaches.
