In January, DiFatta was announced as a member of the Maryland Charm, one of the four inaugural teams of the Women's Lacrosse League (WLL). The WLL got its start at the 2025 Championship Series, which took place February 11-17 at The St. James in Springfield, Virginia.
The WLL is the PLL's largest investment in women's lacrosse to date. In 2020, the PLL created Unleashed, a women's lacrosse content and training platform designed to support the growth and visibility of girls and women's lacrosse. Unleashed has helped over 1,000 girls lacrosse players access world class coaching from the most iconic pros of this generation.
DiFatta was selected in the 2022 Athletes Unlimited Lacrosse College Draft, one of only 15 players, and has competed in three seasons with the league. DiFatta has used her time with Athletes Unlimited and turned it into other professional lacrosse opportunities with Unleashed Women's Lacrosse and the Premier Lacrosse League. This has included traveling to Japan and even ringing the closing bell at the New York Stock Exchange.
In her only season as a Panther, DiFatta led Pitt in ground balls (51), saves (198) and save percentage (.469). She ranked second in the Atlantic Coast Conference in save percentage and first in saves, saves per game, and ground balls. Her 198 saves in 2022 ranked fourth in the country. Over her career, DiFatta made 661 saves and recorded a .493 save percentage.
