Celebrate #97 — Give $97
11/10/2025 1:55:00 PM | General, Panther Club
PITTSBURGH – On Saturday, November 15, Pitt Football will celebrate one of the greatest to ever wear the blue and gold, Aaron Donald, as his No. 97 jersey is officially retired at Acrisure Stadium during the Top 25 match up vs. Notre Dame.
To commemorate this historic moment, Panther fans are invited to take part in a special Give-to-Get Campaign honoring Aaron Donald's legacy of excellence at Pitt and beyond. From November 10–16, fans who make a gift of $97 to the Athletic Director's Fund will receive a limited-edition commemorative replica banner, identical in design to the one unveiled in-stadium during the jersey retirement ceremony.
Your gift not only celebrates one of the most dominant defensive players in college and professional football history, it also helps advance the mission of Pitt Athletics' Athletic Director's Fund, providing championship-level resources and revenue-sharing support to current and future Pitt student-athletes.
Fulfillment Details:
All qualifying donors will receive their commemorative replica banners by mail following the conclusion of the 2025 football season. Additional details will be shared with participants following Saturday's game.
