Osorio Medoza Wins Bronze at Junior World Championships

Pitt women's diver Mariana Osorio Mendoza won a Bronze Medal on Platform at the Junior World Championships in Brazil.
With her podium finish on Friday night, she became the third best women's platform diver in the world. The sophomore from Colombia started off her week with an impressive showing on Wednesday as she finished 10th in the world on 3 Meter.
Osorio Mendoza has been named ACC Women's Diver of the Week twice already, earning three victories and one second place finish for the Panthers so far this season.
