Pitt vs Lehigh | 11/21/19
Pitt Men's Soccer are headed back to the NCAA tournament as the #2 overall seed. As the team prepares, reminisce on their 2019 win over Lehigh, the first program NCAA win, earned in the first tournament run under the leadership of coach Jay Vidovich.
The Panthers won the night 2-0 at Ambrose Urbanic field on a pair of first half goals from Juniors Edward Kizza and Bryce Washington.

Pitt got on the board first in the 18th minute. After receiving a cross from freshman Arturo Ordonez, junior Alexander Dexter found Kizza crashing down the middle and dished it off. Kizza finished to give the Panthers a 1-0 lead in the first half. The goal was Kizza's 12 of the year.

In the 44th minute, freshman Josh Hesson crossed the ball into the box to Washington who then poked the ball past the Lehigh keeper to give Pitt a 2-0 lead entering the second half.

The landmark win was the 300th of Coach Vidovich's career.
