PITTSBURGH – University of Pittsburgh fifth-year Dylan Reed has been named the ACC Men's Diver of the Week for the second time this season, as announced by the conference office Tuesday afternoon. This is the fourth weekly conference honor in Reed's career and third weekly award for the Panthers this season.
The McLean, Va. native helped the Panthers to a dominant 202-98 win over the George Washington Colonials Saturday afternoon. Reed won both the 1-meter (382.65) and 3-meter (460.35) events, as the Pitt men divers swept the top five spots in each event. Reed set a personal best score of 460.35 on the 3-meter, just two points shy of the school record set by National Champion Dominic Giordano in 2015.
