Reed Earns ACC Co-Diver of the Week Honor

PITTSBURGH – Pitt senior diver Dylan Reed was named the men's ACC Co-Diver of the Week, along with Notre Dame's Daniel Knapp, for his dominant performance against West Virginia Jan. 13-14.
Reed earns his second weekly conference honor after picking up two first place finishes in the 1-meter (348.20) and 3-meter (402.70) events against the Mountaineers. The USA Diving team member helped propel the men's swimming and diving team to a 183-115 senior day win over West Virginia.
The McLean, Va. native has earned ACC Diver of Week three times over his career with two coming this season. His two conference honors are the most in a single season since Dominic Giordano earned the award five times in 2016-17.

The Panthers return to the pool Jan. 27-28, as Pitt will host the Western PA Invite at Trees Pool and also travel to Ann Arbor, Mich. (Jan. 28) to face off against No. 13 Michigan and No. 16 Wisconsin.
