Sullivan, Reed Named PNC Achievers of the Week

PITTSBURGH – Mackenzie Sullivan from Track & Field and Swimming & Diving's Dylan Reed have been named PNC Achievers of the Week after a couple of stellar performances over the weekend.
Sullivan earned the sixth-best finish in program history in the women's 600m race with a time of 1:33.16 at the Nittany Lion Challenge. She took home third place in the race while helping the Panthers notch a first-place finish in the women's 4x400 with a time of 3:44.08. Sullivan is a sophomore from Wixom, MI majoring in rehabilitation Science at Pitt.
Reed was dominate in the Backyard Brawl against West Virginia, picking up two first place finishes in the 1-meter (348.20) and 3-meter (402.70) events. The senior diver from McLean, Va. helped propel the men's swimming and diving team to a 183-115 senior day victory over the Mountaineers.
