Softball Announces ACC Network Schedule

PITTSBURGH – The Atlantic Coast Conference announced its full slate of ACC Network softball games today, with Pitt scheduled for seven games on the network.

Saturday, Mar. 19 | vs. Notre Dame | 2 PM
Wednesday, April 6 | vs. Saint Francis | 5 PM

Friday, April 22 | at Virginia | 4 PM
Thursday, May 5 | at Duke | 7 PM
Saturday, May 7 | at Duke | 1 PM
Pitt's Mar. 16 game versus Penn State is its home opener and will be the second game of the season against the Nittany Lions. Saturday, Mar. 19 against the Fighting Irish is Pitt's first ACC home series. May 5th and 7th are the final games of the regular season for both Pitt and Duke before Pittsburgh plays host to the ACC Championship at Vartabedian Field May 11-14.
The ACC Network (ACCN) announced Dec. 17 that the channel will be available to all Comcast Xfinity customers. ACCN is available on Xfinity channel 1325 on Digital Starter in states within the ACC footprint and available in other Comcast markets on Digital Preferred.
ACCN annually televises more than 500 regular-season and tournament games from across the conference's 27 sponsored sports, including football, baseball, softball, field hockey, volleyball, wrestling, men's and women's basketball, lacrosse and soccer, plus a complement of news and information shows and original programming. Together, ACCN and its digital platform, ACCNX, combine to feature more than 1,500 ACC events each year. The network is an all-access pass to nationally competitive events, expert analysis, documentaries, classic games and in-depth features on the premiere athletic and academic conference in college athletics.
