Pitt-North Carolina Gametime Set for Noon on Dec. 30

PITTSBURGH – Pitt's Dec. 30 home matchup with North Carolina has been announced as a 12 p.m. tipoff as released by the league office Thursday.
Pitt is currently 6-4 on the season and 1-0 in the ACC. The Panthers topped NC State, 68-60, Friday, Dec. 2 in their ACC opener and will also travel to Syracuse Tuesday, Dec. 20 for another conference road game before hosting North Carolina in its ACC home opener to close out 2022.
The Panthers have won three of the past four meetings against North Carolina, including a 76-67 victory at the Dean E. Smith Center last season.
Pitt concludes non-conference play with a pair of Saturday afternoon contests against Sacred Heart (Dec. 10 – 3:30 p.m.) and North Florida (Dec. 17 – 1 p.m.). Both games will be broadcast on the ACC Network.
