PITTSBRUGH – The University of Pittsburgh swimming & diving program welcomed six roster additions for the 2023-24 season during the early signing period, head coach Chase Kreitler announced.
"We are very excited about our Fall signing class," said head diving coach Chase Kreitler. "It had been a priority for our staff to find great people who are interested in pursuing academics and swimming & diving at the highest level. Each of the people in this class fit those priorities and are excited to help us elevate the Pitt Swimming & Diving program within the ACC and nationally."
Kreitler's additions to the team include swimmers Avery Kudlac, Sydney Gring, and Parker Del Balso, along with divers Maggie Foley, Hannah Polosky, and Chase Marafioto, who will all begin their careers at the start of the 2023-24 academic year.
"I am really excited to add more depth to our Diving Team," said head diving coach Katie Kasprzak. "Our incoming Freshman come in with a lot of talent but also the drive to push themselves to be the best student athletes they can be. All three of these divers have their eyes set on finalizing at ACC's, scoring at NCAA's, and diving at the 2024 USA Diving Olympic Trials. With the addition of these 3 divers, to our current roster it's going to be an extremely exciting time for our team."
