
Member-Meneh, Addison Named Pitt Student-Athletes of the Week

Volleyball, Football Student-Athletes Honored
PITTSBURGH – Leketor Member-Meneh of volleyball and Jordan Addison of football were named the Pitt Student-Athletes of the Week following impressive performances in their respective sports.
Member-Meneh helped lead the fourth-ranked volleyball team (10-0) to an unbeaten preseason with 4.50 points and 4.08 kills per set on .408 hitting over two matches last weekend. The Panthers earned two sweeps at the Comfort Inn-vitational, defeating Marshall and Morehead State, respectively, in Morehead, Ky. The outside hitter picked p 2.50 digs per set while producing 0.33 service aces and 0.33 blocks per frame for the weekend. Against the Eagles (Sept. 18), she recorded her second double-double of the year with 14 kills and 10 digs in a sweep. Her 14 kills marked a season high in addition to a .542 hitting percentage against Morehead State. Against Marshall (Sept. 17) she had 10 kills on .280 hitting in addition to five digs.
Addison hauled in a career-high three touchdowns while averaging 20.7 yards per catch against Western Michigan, becoming the first Pitt player with three touchdown catches in a game since Tyler Boyd had three at Duke on Sept. 21, 2013. The sophomore wide receiver compiled six total receptions for 124 yards, with his scoring receptions covering 67, 23 and 28 yards. He has five touchdown catches on the season, which leads the ACC and ranks third nationally.
