PITTSBURGH – The University of Pittsburgh women's lacrosse team signed nine class of 2022 prospects during the fall signing period, head coach Emily Boissonneault announced this week.
"We couldn't be prouder of the incoming class," Boissonneault said. "Despite the pandemic, our coaches were able to find nine incredible young women to help build a legacy we can all be proud of."
Pitt opens the inaugural season of women's lacrosse this spring. Boissonneault has already built a strong roster featuring 14 transfers, three members of the 2019 Pitt Club Lacrosse National Championship Team, six members from the 2020 recruiting class and 15 student-athletes from the class of 2021.
