
Pitt Adds Two Transfers for 2020-21 Season

PITTSBURGH – University of Pittsburgh swimming and diving has added two transfers, Flynn Crisci of William & Mary and Jacqueline Tinneny of Old Dominion, head coach John Hargis announced Friday. Both are immediately eligible to compete for the Panthers for the current 2020-21 season.
Crisci has three years of eligibility of left as a sophomore while Tinneny has two as a junior. All NCAA winter sport athletes don't lose a year of eligibility for this year due to COVID 19 impacting competition.
Flynn Crisci | 100 Breast, 200 Breast, 200 IM | Williamsburg, Va. | William & Mary | Lafayette HS
William & Mary (2019-20): Three-event finalist at the 2020 CAA Championships, where his 36 points ranked second among all freshmen in the league … Finished fourth in the 100 breast, seventh in the 200 breast, and ninth in the 200 IM … Set a lifetime-best in all three events … Totaled 50.5 points on the year, with a runner-up finish in the 200 IM against Davidson … Named to the CAA Commissioner's Academic Honor Roll during the fall for having a GPA over 3.0.
High School/Club: Winter and Summer Junior Nationals Qualifier in the 100m breast … All-American consideration in the 100 breast as well as the 200 medley and 400 free relays … Named All-State all four years … Was the Virginia 4A State Champion in the 100 breast, the 200 medley, and the 400 free relay as a senior … Broke the 4A state record in the prelims of the 50 free, before finishing second overall … Led Lafayette to the district title in 2019 … Helped team finished second overall at the state championships … Won the 200 breast at the 2018 Virginia Short Course State Championships … Selected as a USA Swimming Scholar All-American.

Old Dominion (2018-19, 19-20): Selected to the 2020 All-Conference USA Second-Team … Finished second at the 2020 Conference USA Championships with a school record time of 16:41.97 in the 1650 freestyle … Helped team to a fifth-place finish in the 800 freestyle relay with an NIC qualifying time of 7:27.49 … Finished ninth in the 500 freestyle, winning the B-Final with a time of 4:54.32 … Placed sixth in the 400 IM with a time of 4:24.14 … Finished fifth in the 800-yard free relay (7:29.51) in the 2019 C-USA Championship … Placed fifth in the 200-yard free relay (1:36.72), sixth in the 1650 free (16:56.41), 10th in the 400 IM (4:24.63) and 11th in the 500 free (4:55.76).
High School/Club: Won the Virginia High School State Championship in the 100 breaststroke and 1650 freestyle … Named a Scholastic All-American and junior national qualifier.
