Head Coach Jeff Capel Tests Positive for COVID-19

PITTSBURGH - University of Pittsburgh men's basketball head coach Jeff Capel will miss the Panthers' Dec. 22 contest against Louisville after testing positive for COVID-19.
Subsequent testing in the program has resulted in no additional positive test result.
Pitt, 5-1 overall and 1-0 in the ACC, hosts Louisville Tuesday, Dec. 22 at the Petersen Events Center (RSN - 7 pm) before a seven-day break between games. The Panthers close out the calendar year with a road trip to Duke Tuesday, Dec. 29.
