PITTSBURGH—With the opportunity to host approximately 5,500 fans for each of its final two football games at Heinz Field, the University of Pittsburgh Athletics Department is notifying season ticket holders and Pitt students of their opportunities to obtain tickets.
The Panthers' remaining home games are against Notre Dame (Oct. 24) and Virginia Tech (Nov. 21).
Season ticket holders who chose to "REINVEST" will have first priority to request lower bowl and club seats followed by those who chose the "ROLLOVER" option. If any seats remain after these groups, those season ticket holders who chose to "REFUND" will have access to request lower bowl and club seats. Allocation within those groups will be based on Panther Club priority points. Any seats that remain after the season ticket holder allocation will be made available to non-season ticket holder Panther Club members.
Pitt will be able to accommodate approximately 1,000 students, which will include the Pitt Band as well as the Panthers' spirit squads. Members of the Student Panther Club will have the first opportunity to obtain tickets.
Per the health and safety directives provided by the Governor's office, Heinz Field will be limited to a total of 7,500 people. In addition to fans, this number includes players, coaches, staff and stadium personnel.
All fans at Heinz Field are required to wear masks and abide by social distancing protocols. Due to CDC guidelines, tailgating is prohibited in the parking lots. Please consult HeinzField.com for a complete list of game day policies and procedures for those attending Pitt's remaining home games.
