PITTSBURGH - • Serving as game captains for the day are DL Myles Caragein, DE Jarred Holley, OL Chris Jacobson and WR Mike Shanahan.
• Honorary Pitt team captain is Ed Wilamowski, a three-year letterman for Pitt from 1974-76 under Coach John Majors. Ed was a starting defensive end for the Panthers' 1976 undefeated national championship team. He is a 1973 graduate of Hopewell High School and 1977 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh's College of Arts and Sciences.
• True freshman Ejuan Price made his first career start at linebacker.
• PK Kevin Harper recorded his first career field goal with a 44-yarder in the first quarter.
• DE Brandon Lindsey's first quarter sack gives him a sack in nine of the last 14 games.
• RB Ray Graham has now had multiple rushing touchdowns in four career games. Graham finished the game with three TDs (1 yd, 3 yds, 1yd).
• Graham also totaled over 100 yards for the second time this season, and the fifth of his career.
• WR Devin Street recorded his career high in receptions and receiving yards on the day. His previous high was five receptions (48 yards) against West Virginia on Nov. 26, 2010 and his previous mark in yardage was 82 at Syracuse (3 receptions) on Oct. 16, 2010.
