Swimming and Diving Set To Host 50th Annual Christmas Meet

PITTSBURGH–The University of Pittsburgh’s swimming and diving club team, Team Pittsburgh will host its 50th annual Christmas Meet at Joe C. Trees Pool on upper campus from Dec. 15-18.
The invitational begins on Thursday at 6 p.m. The prelims for Friday through Sunday begin at 8:30 a.m., while the finals are slated to start at 6 p.m. each night, except 5 p.m. on Sunday.
Over 1,400 athletes are registered from clubs in Pennsylvania, Ohio, Maryland, Virginia and Missouri to compete in 14 age groups. The meet will be governed by current USA Swimming rules.
