PITTSBURGH — The University of Pittsburgh head men’s soccer coach Joe Luxbacher has published his 15th book, Soccer Practice Games.
Luxbacher is entering his 27th season at the helm of the Panthers’ men’s soccer team. His most recent book is the third installment in the line of Soccer Practice Games, designed for youth through high school competition.
“In Soccer Practice Games you will find a practical resource for your training sessions,” states U.S. Youth Soccer Coaching Director Sam Snow. “Both novice and experienced coaches will find the training activities useful.”
Luxbacher is recognized as an accredited soccer coach by the United States Soccer Federation with an “A” coaching certification. The three-time Pitt graduate has also contributed writing to a college text book, the Monongahela National Forest Hiking Guide and has had four books translated into foreign languages.
The latest edition to Soccer Practice Games is currently available in print or e-book at HumanKinetics.com.
