GREENSBORO N.C. -- Two members of the University of Pittsburgh men's track and field team competed at the 2009 NCAA East Regional track meet hosted by North Carolina A&T this weekend in Greensboro, N.C.
Florida captured the team title with 84 points while South Carolina finished second with 60 points. Georgia (59), Florida State (51) and Georgia Tech (41) rounded out the top five.
Eric Jones placed 27th in the triple jump with a leap of 14.25 meters while Antony Hobwana finished 21st in the 100 meter dash.
