POST-GAME NOTES
*Aaron Gray became the 34th player in school history to surpass the 1,000-point mark this afternoon. He entered the game with 996 points and needing four points and finished the game with five points. He now has 1,001 career points. He went over 1,000 points on a layup with 2:45 to go in the game after he received a pass from Levance Fields. Gray also finished with 10 rebounds, his 16th double figure rebounding contest of the season and 36th of his career.
*Mike Cook finished the game with 15 points on 6-11 shooting. It was the 15th double figure scoring game of the year.
*With his 14 points, Levance Fields reached double figure scoring for the 12th time this year and 23rd time in his career.
*Sam Young reached double figures for the ninth time this year and 21st time in his career.
*Head Coach Jamie Dixon improved to 99-26 all-time as Pitt's head coach. He needs one more win to reach the 100-career victory milestone. Pitt's next game is on Monday, Feb. 19 at Seton Hall. He will reach 100 victories faster than any other coach in school history. He will also rank among the all-time top-15 fastest coaches in reaching 100 career victories.
*Pitt won its 19th consecutive home game against a non-conference opponent and improves to 47-1 vs. non-conference opponents at the
