GAME STORY

Pitt seeks its first road victory of the year. The Panthers lost their prior two away contests against non-conference foes Michigan State and Virginia.
The Panthers have dropped their last six consecutive games to Louisville, including a 48-24 setback in Pittsburgh to close the 2006 regular season.
Pitt's last victory over the Cardinals occurred in 1983, when quarterback John Congemi threw for three touchdowns in a 55-10 rout of host Louisville. Congemi will serve as color analyst for ESPN Regional's telecast of the game.
