*Pitt is now 20-4 overall and 9-4 in the Big East.
*Pitt's three game win streak was snapped.
*Levance Fields became the 23rd player this year to reach double figure scoring off the bench for Pitt.
*Carl Krauser needs just 18 rebounds to become the first player in school history to surpass 1,500 career points, 500 career assists and 500 career rebounds. He now has 1,527 points, 515 assists and 482 rebounds for his career.
*With his 18 points tonight and 1,527 career points, Carl Krauser passed Julius Page for 12th place on Pitt's career scoring list.
*Aaron Gray finished with 10 points on the evening, his 20th double figure scoring game of the season.
*Pitt and Marquette split the two contests on the year. The series is now tied at 3-3 all-time.
*The loss snapped Pitt's two-game win streak at the
