Panthers Raise Times at Pepsi Indoor Invite

Senior Patrick Harding took home top honors in the shot put.

BLACKSBURG, Va. - The University of Pittsburgh track teams competed this past weekend at the Virginia Tech Indoor Invitational in Blacksburg, Va. Both teams were able to up their times in many events as they gear up for the Big East Championships on Feb. 16-17.

Patrick Harding was the lone Panther to earn a first-place finish as he capped off the invite with a toss of 16.70 meters in the shot put.

The Panthers are back in action next weekend as they travel to State College to compete with Penn State.
