AS A FRESHMAN (2008)
Pitt's lone all-arounder during her freshman campaign, competing in every event in 11 of 13 meets on the year...Qualified for NCAA Regional action and finished the year with a average score of 38.080...Posted third-highest score on the team on the vault, a 9.800 against George Washington...Averaged a 9.583 in the event...Averaged a 9.373 on the bars with a season-high mark of 9.700 coming at Maryland and home against UNC, Cornell and Temple...On the balance beam, carried a 9.557 average, good for second highest on the team..Season-high score of 9.750 came at the EAGL Championships...Posted a season-high 9.825 on the floor at the EAGL Championships and averaged 9.471 on the year...Finished first and set career-high all-around mark of 38.975 against UNC, Cornell and Temple...All-EAGL second team selection for all-around...Selected to the second team All-EAGL Tournament Team for beam, floor and all-around.
HIGH SCHOOL
Competed at the 2007 Level 10 Junior Olympic National meet, finishing 10th on the vault...selected as a 2006 JO National Region 7 alternate...in 2004, claimed the Level 9 Eastern National all-around and balance beam crowns...also claimed the Region 7 vault title and a runner-up finish in the all-around that year...added Level 9 New Jersey state title in the all-around, uneven bars, balance beam and floor exercise in 2004...twice was selected to the New Jersey all-state team...A high honor roll student all four years at Mahwah...two-time recipient of the Minds in Motion Award for a varsity athlete on the high honor roll.
