What songs have you completely memorized?
Selfie by The Chainsmokers. It's cringe-y, I know. But it sticks for some reason.
In which movie universe would you most like to live?
Lilo & Stitch. The island is so tropical and such. You could go to the beach 24/7 and eat ice cream all the time.
What's the farthest you've ever been from home?
The Bahamas
Which app do you use the most on your phone?
Uber, because I can never figure out the bus system. I legit will stand on the opposite side of the road and watch the bus leave without me…..
Why did you choose Pitt?
I love how Pitt is in the city and more than just a college campus. There's so much to do and you have access to all the areas close to Oakland. I also chose Pitt for the academics and athletics. I've always wanted to go to a bigger school, and Pitt is a nice fit.
What are you studying?
Undecided
Who introduced you to the sport of cross country?
My older sister, Annie, ran cross country so I thought I would give it a shot too.
Who is your favorite professional athlete of all time?
Jesse Owens
Do you have any pre-meet rituals you have to do?
I always eat a Panera Bread cinnamon crunch bagel. I'm not totally sure why, but I've been doing it since the seventh grade.
What is the craziest thing to happen to you during a race?
During the 4x800m at the state meet my sophomore year in high school, my teammate handed the baton off to me and she stepped on the back of my shoe. I had to run my whole leg with one spike. Afterwards I got this gnarly looking blister.
