What songs have you completely memorized?
Any Justin Bieber throwback. New JB is good...but old JB will always have my heart.
In which movie universe would you most like to live?
Bikini Bottom from Spongebob Squarepants. I need to know what a Krabby Patty tastes like.
What's the farthest you've ever been from home?
Mexico.
Which app do you use the most on your phone?
Probably Twitter.
Why did you choose Pitt?
Initially I looked at Pitt because my sister [Melanie Vlasic] came here. Everyone I met was super cool, plus living in the city is a bonus. You never run out of stuff to do.
What are you studying?
Engineering.
Who introduced you to the sport of cross country?
My sister had done it, so I tried it out freshman year of high school.
Who is your favorite professional athlete of all time?
Steve Prefontaine.
Do you have any pre-meet rituals you have to do?
My teammates and I would always put a ton of Icy Hot on before every race.
What is the craziest thing to happen to you during a race?
The 4x800m Championship of America at the Penn Relays during my junior year was nuts. A bunch of us were coming down the home stretch and everybody started falling all over the place and tripping on each other across the line.
